Hurling and Camogie Break for Training Weekends
During the month of March, Break for Ball will host Hurling and Camogie teams from Westmeath and Antrim as they embark on their pre-season Team Building Weekends.
Ahogill Camogie Club (Antrim) will hit the seaside village of The Downings in Co. Donegal where after some serious training and motivational Sports Psychology, they will catch a few waves as they engage in some exhilarating Surf Boarding.
McQuillans of Ballycastle, who hold a record seventeen Antrim Senior Hurling titles will hope that their weekend at the Mill Park in Donegal Town will give them the impetus to go on and capture their first title since 1986.
Westmeath Champions of 2006 and 2008 Ratharney, will look for words of wisdom from National Director of Hurling Paudie Butler (Right), and some detailed Video Analysis to set their season in motion.
